TERMS

Your home must have been on our website for no less then 12 months.

1. You must be able to show proof that you had a classified ad with your HomePosting.com direct web link name in your local newspaper, no less than 4 times per month.
2. HomePosting.com will not be obligated to refund your listing fee under the Guarantee if:
   1. such failure resulted, in whole or in part, from any failure by you in complying with the "Terms and Conditions" of our web site.
   2. such failure resulted, in whole or in part, from any failure by you in complying with the terms and conditions of a real estate binder or contract of sale. We reserve the right to examine title prior to issuing a refund.
   3. The listing was created without correct contact information (phone number and email address) or such contact information was not properly maintained.
   4. The HomePosting.com Guarantee does not apply to any listing containing fraudulent or incorrect information.
   5. The HomePosting.com Guarantee does not apply to the MLS listing fee portion.
